Prep Cook
Ember & Ash, an E Passyunk neighborhood restaurant with a custom wood-burning hearth, is in search of a prep/line cook to become a part of our culinary family.

Role Overview:
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around food preparation and setup. Daytime flexible hours.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven kitchen experience with a strong focus in food prep and kitchen organization.
- An understanding of food safety practices in the culinary industry.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
