Warranty Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Warranty Service Specialist to join our growing team, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to homeowners requesting warranty assistance. This role is key in supporting our Warranty Team in Central Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of customer service administration responsible for customer service communication and documentation.

To be considered for the role, you will possess the ability to speak clearly, write effectively, set priorities, use time wisely, and solve problems using multiple communication mediums (phone | email | Video) and software systems for tracking and documenting interactions. You will also need to demonstrate examples of your commitment to “always improving” and “delivering every day” to the highest standards and without error.

This is an early-career role where you can learn on the job.

Key job Activities:

As a Warranty Specialist you will be responsible to deliver results to plan - as measured by effectively responding to and documenting Homeowner warranty inquiries and assisting the Warranty Team with the proper documentation of warranty resolutions, On Time, To Plan, while making Homeowners Feel Special – using your command of the Warranty Playbook .

In this role, you will:

• Communicate directly with Homeowners regarding their warranty service requests, gathering necessary information, setting expectations for follow up and supporting the scheduling of next step activities.
• Be responsible for compiling information from multiple sources regarding Homeowner warranty inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with peers on the Warranty Team manage the necessary documentation to support the warrant process.
