AP Analyst
Job Title: AP AnalystJob Description
The AP Analyst will support the Accounts Payable group by processing invoices using SAP and Esker, as well as managing vendor maintenance. This role involves reviewing PO-backed invoices, completing a three-way match of the invoice, purchase order, and receipt of goods, and collaborating closely with Procurement, Plant Admins, and Cost Accountants to resolve invoice holds related to pricing, quantity, goods receipts, or other PO-related issues.
Responsibilities

Review PO-backed invoices and complete a three-way match of the invoice, purchase order, and receipt of goods.

Collaborate closely with Procurement, Plant Admins, and Cost Accountants to resolve invoice holds due to pricing, quantity, goods receipts, or other PO-related issues.

Manage the AP mailbox and respond to invoice and payment-related inquiries from vendors and the Business.

Distribute invoices to appropriate parties for proper receiving on a PO, coding, and/or approvals, both at the Plant and Corporate level.
Essential Skills
-
Five+ years of experience with Accounts Payable within an organization greater than $100 million in revenue.

Experience communicating with AP vendors, both written and oral.

Experience with three-way match and purchase orders.

Two+ years of experience with SAP (since 2021 or more recent).

Experience working within Microsoft Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience within an international company.

Manufacturing (chemical) industry experience.

Experience within a SOX environment.

Skills in reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, invoicing, and vendor communication.
Work Environment
The role will be part of the Interim Treasurer group, working alongside the two FTE AP team members. The consultant is expected to be onsite three days per week, although initially, they may be required to be onsite four to five days per week for training purposes. The position offers an opportunity to work for a reputable international organization with a leadership team that maintains a family-like atmosphere despite being a mid-sized global entity. There is a potential for conversion to a full-time role, with a performance sharing bonus plan of 4.5%.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
