This position is based in Enola, PA, preferring candidates who can work from the office 2-3 days a week. However we are open to discuss a fully remote schedule.

Responsibilities:

The Systems Support Specialist provides technical and administrative support across HR information systems (HRIS) and learning systems. This role supports data entry and system maintenance, assists with reporting and analysis, and helps coordinate training logistics and user support. Working closely with both the HRIS and Learning teams, this role ensures data integrity, smooth system functionality, and consistent user experience for internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support data entry, user account setup, and maintenance in HR systems, including the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist in generating standard and custom reports, preparing dashboards, and reviewing data for accuracy and trends.
• Provide technical and administrative support for training assignments, completions, and tracking within the LMS.
• Help create and distribute training surveys and analyze basic feedback data to support program improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures in collaboration with senior team members.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
• Ability to sit for extended time periods
• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location.
