Our School Security/Behavior Support Specialists serve as mentors to support our young men and women during their school day.

This full-time position (Tuesday-Friday) is responsible for establishing a structured setting where positive behavior is encouraged and reinforced. A School Security/ Behavior Support Specialist assists with facilitating program activities while collaborating with counselors and managers to promote education, safety and wellness for all students.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Driver's license required.

Military and athletic background desirable.

Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI, Driver’s License, drug screen and physical clearances are required upon hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
