Here's what you'd do:

The Senior Operations Accountant plays a role in overseeing and optimizing financial activities within the organization. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity of financial information, compliance with standardized internal processes and regulatory requirements, and the efficient coordination of financial processes across various functions.

You'd be responsible for:

• Organize and direct the month end close process across the Market and Branches (6+ branches)
• Enforce and maintain Branch and Market level internal controls.
• Responsible for oversight and control of Branch and Market level accounting and working capital, including billing/accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, prepaids & accruals, and Branch and Market property, plant & equipment.
• Provide training and coaching to Branch teams and supports the VPGM & Regional VP Finance

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree (required)- Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• Minimum of five years previous accounting experience preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with GAAP and managing month-end close process (including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations) for similar size market/business required.
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• High level of proficiency in Consolidation ERPs (Oracle and OneStream a plus) and Excel to perform spreadsheet and financial analysis
