Forklift Recruiter

salary: $22 - $22.01 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of different forklift types (Propane vs. Electric, Reach Trucks vs. Order Pickers) and their specific use cases.
- Sense of Urgency: Ability to fill "same-day" or "next-day" orders in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Assessment Skills: Ability to look beyond a resume to judge a candidate’s work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Resilience: Logistics has a high turnover rate; you need the grit to keep recruiting even when "no-shows" happen.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and text-recruiting tools.
