Blair Companies Real Estate is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support facility operations and ensure our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in maintaining professional spaces for tenants and visitors.

What You'll Do:

On-Site Cleaning Duties

• Perform routine cleaning of sports facility, locker rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, and shared spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, windows, mirrors, glass doors, and dust assigned areas
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
• Replenish supplies such as paper products and soap

Facility Support Tasks

• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Assist with light facility upkeep (spot painting, minor touch-ups, basic organization)
• Support seasonal cleaning needs (salt removal, entryway upkeep, etc.)

Administrative & Communication

• Maintain cleaning logs and supply inventory
• Notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment
• Communicate professionally with tenants and team members

What You'll Bring:

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and follow a routine schedule
• Strong attention to detail and pride in thorough work
• Physical ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
• Dependability and a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of employment. Applicants who do not possess a valid driver's license will not be considered.
