Evening Direct Support Professional
We are hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide structured evening support for an autistic young adult in Quakertown PA.
This position is part of a collaborative behavioral support team and offers a consistent weekly schedule. The role is well suited for someone who is steady, reliable, and comfortable supporting structured routines.
This shift focuses on evening activities, routines, and transitions.
Responsibilities
- Provide one to one support in home and community settings
- Follow the Positive Behavioral Support Plan
- Support structured routines and transitions
- Assist with daily living tasks as needed
- Track simple behavioral data and observations
- Communicate with the behavioral team and family
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet at least one of the following:
- Registered Behavior Technician
- NADD Certification
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Psychology Education Special Education Counseling Social Work or related field
Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.

- Valid drivers license
- PA background clearances and drug screening
- Ability to follow structured support plans
