The Opportunity

As a Chapter Director, you'll join an exclusive 5-person Executive Leadership Pod driving the growth of CEO Life in your market. You'll leverage our brand, systems, and national momentum while building your own recurring income stream through the members you bring into our community.

We're scaling to 50,000 globally. The executives who partner with us now aren't just joining a company—they're claiming territory in a movement.

Four Specialized Leadership Paths

Every chapter needs four Chapter Directors, each owning a distinct market segment:

1. Director of Enterprise, Capital & Business Leadership

Own relationships with banking, legal, accounting, insurance, wealth management, real estate, private equity, and corporate leadership sectors.

2. Director of Technology, Innovation & Digital Transformation

Build connections with SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, startups, software development, and emerging technology leaders.

3. Director of Impact, Policy & Community Systems

Cultivate partnerships with nonprofits, government, education, healthcare, and social impact organizations.

4. Director of Health, Life Sciences & Human Performance

Develop relationships with healthcare executives, biotech founders, wellness leaders, and human performance specialists.

What You'll Build

  • Close 3-10+ new members monthly (top performers average 7+)

  • Collaborate with your Executive Leadership Pod to create exceptional member experiences
  • Build long-term wealth through the recurring commissions you generate

Performance Scenarios:

  • Solid Performer (3 members/month): $54,000/year
  • Strong Performer (5 members/month): $90,000/year
