Growing Seasons Landscaping is a family-owned land services company based in Canonsburg, PA. We provide landscaping, hardscaping, maintenance, snow removal, oil and gas, forestry, and trucking services throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area and tri-state region.

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscape Team Member to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and wants to grow within the landscaping industry.

Position Summary
The Landscape Team Member will work as part of a crew to complete a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks, including mulching, pruning, planting, landscape installation, job site cleanup, and seasonal snow removal work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscaping projects including mulching, pruning, planting, and landscape installation

• Use basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and properly

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

• Help prepare and clean up job sites

• Follow direction from the Landscape Foreman and crew leaders

• Work as part of a team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to GSL standards

• Assist with snow removal and winter maintenance during the off-season

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic each day

Qualifications

• Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the day

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Valid driver’s license preferred
