Job Overview
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment. The RN will work closely with healthcare staff to ensure patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes
- Assist with patient activities of daily living as needed
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
- Document care provided according to policies
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure quality care
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
