We're looking for a hands-on and detail oriented professional to join our team. Based out of our Exton Headquarters, this position helps keep logistics, supplies, and communication flowing across job sites within the six counties of eastern PA (Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia).

What you'll do:

• Support daily logistics and help coordinate supplies, documents, and schedules

• Provide field support, ensuring projects stay on track and meet company standards

• Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling, tracking contracts, and organizing records

• Communicate between office leadership, field staff, and vendors to keep everyone aligned

• Take ownership of special projects and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• Tech savvy; comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and messaging apps.
• Professional communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
