Position Description As we scale globally, we’re looking for a Head of Global Total Rewards who will shape how we attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent in a business moving fast toward its next level of growth. This is a rare opportunity to lead end-to-end global rewards strategy in a publicly traded SaaS company with bold ambitions. You’ll design and deliver programs that feel connected, consistent, and scalable, built in partnership with the business to solve real needs, deliver measurable results, and use AI alongside data and analytics to guide better decisions for our people and our company Position Location: Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA or Syracuse, NY area This role operates in a hybrid capacity, with flexibility to work remotely and onsite as business needs dictate. There are no mandated office days; rather, the Head of Global Total Rewards will exercise judgment in determining when in-person presence adds value. Occasional in-person meetings, leadership sessions, and team events will take place in the Syracuse or Philadelphia area or other company global locations. Reports To Chief Human Resources Officer What We’re Looking For- 10+ years of progressive total rewards experience, including leadership of global teams in a complex, publicly traded, multinational environment with education grounded in HR, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- Deep expertise in compensation, benefits, equity, retirement, wellness, and recognition program design and governance.
- A product-oriented mindset — passionate about designing, delivering, and continuously improving scalable, data-informed people solutions with an emphasis on the application of AI or other augmented tools to enable scale and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a data-driven approach to program design and decision-making.
- Proven ability to leverage HR systems and technology to simplify and scale global rewards programs. Brings expertise in process mapping, data flow design, and HRIS optimization to ensure a seamless end-to-end employee rewards experience.
- Experience leading M&A due diligence and integration for global rewards programs.
- Experience working with executive leadership and Boards on rewards strategy, governance, and disclosure matters.
- Proven ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability, trust, and shared ownership across geographies.
- Exceptional collaborator and influencer, known for building strong partnerships across the business to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Change leader and communicator with a track record of simplifying complexity.
- Able and willing to travel as needed, anticipated once a quarter, for global program management or leadership meetings.
- Design the Future of Rewards: Lead the global compensation, benefits, equity, wellness, retirement and recognition strategy to ensure alignment with our business priorities, financial goals, and global footprint.
- Build Rewards as a Product: Champion a product mindset designing total rewards solutions as scalable, data-informed “products” that solve business problems. Partner closely with business leaders and our People Operations and HRBP teams to co-create, roll out, and measure the impact of these programs.
- Advance Human Capital Intelligence: Oversee the analytics and insights that power our total rewards decisions ensuring we leverage data and AI tools for pay administration processes, pay equity, competitiveness, performance differentiation, and ROI analysis.
- Advise the Executive Team & Board: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Compensation Committee on market competitiveness, governance, and disclosure matters.
- Lead and Inspire a Global Team: Develop a high-performing, globally distributed team that combines strategic expertise with operational excellence.
- Integrate with Growth: Partner across HR, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development to manage M&A due diligence and integration for all rewards programs.
