Teaching Schedule Approximately 5 hours of teaching per day
Primarily daytime classes
12 evening classes per week
The schedule is consistent each semester and planned in advance
This position is designed as a long-term role within our academic team Responsibilities Teach ESL courses to adult international and domestic students
Support academic operations and coordination
Assist with curriculum, assessment, and instructional materials as needed
Help maintain course materials, assessments, and academic records
Communicate with instructors and students regarding academic issues
Provide occasional substitute coverage when needed
Maintain high academic standards aligned with accreditation requirements Qualifications Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, Second Language Acquisition, or a closely related field with substantial TESOL coursework required
Minimum one year of adult ESL teaching experience required; additional experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a small academic team
Interest in curriculum, assessment, academic support, and program development
Experience with curriculum design, assessment development, accreditation standards, or academic coordination is preferred
