Tax Director – High Net Worth Clients
$120,000 – $150,000 + Bonus
Philadelphia, PA

Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Director to lead engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with long-term growth potential and make a direct impact on client success.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality tax planning and compliance services for individuals with complex financial portfolios and business interests
- Manage multiple tax engagements and ensure timely, accurate deliverables
- Mentor and lead staff accountants while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and the impact of evolving tax laws
- Work closely with firm partners and clients to develop trusted advisor relationships
- Contribute to firm growth through exceptional service (business development a plus, not required)
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on individual and business taxation
- CPA OR EA required; MST strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex tax structures
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for long-term career growth
