Motorsports Technician - Performance Specialist

Location: Lansdale Pa

Are you passionate about pushing the limits of automotive performance? Do you dream in horsepower and breathe boost? PSI Proformance is seeking an exceptional Motorsports Technician to join our elite team.

What You'll Do:

• Install performance modifications on Import, European, exotic, and domestic vehicles
• Work with state-of-the-art equipment including our Dynojet 424x In-ground AWD dyno
• Install forced induction systems, performance exhausts, and custom fabrications, Driveline and engine upgrades and service
• Diagnose and optimize vehicle performance across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with our team on cutting-edge performance solutions
• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on various systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and powertrain components.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently.
• Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake services to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and other electronic systems using specialized diagnostic equipment.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively.
• Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating procedures, and communicate repair findings clearly with customers or service writers

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years experience with performance modifications and Service Or High end Dealership Experience A level ONLY
• Proven track record working on Import, European, and domestic platforms
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work Alone or in a team environment
• Experience with forced induction systems and tuning
• Positive Attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Strong Organization skills
• Cleanliness

Pay: $33.94 - $40.87 per hour
