Role Highlights

• Program, set up, and operate complex work on CNC equipment; manage tool wear and create standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring.
• Work from blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions to produce precision parts that meet tight tolerances.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions; document results and report deviations.
• Troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, and make minor repairs; escalate major issues to supervision.
• Complete work orders, production logs, setup sheets, and material usage records accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement; attend monthly EHS training and follow PPE/safety requirements.

Must‑Haves

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of CNC machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and BOMs.
• Comfort with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses).
• Strong problem‑solving, written and verbal communication, time management, and adaptability.
• Lift up to 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs with a partner; work within test pressures not exceeding 30,000 PSI.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years in fast‑paced manufacturing operations.
• General computer skills: SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook.
• Proven success programming high‑complexity parts with Mazatrol and G/M code.

• Equipment troubleshooting; CNC tooling; CNC programming; CNC machine repair/installation.
• Troubleshooting CNC machines; manual machining; blueprint reading.
• Excellent communication; Microsoft Excel; basic computer literacy; HS/GED; manufacturing experience.
