Quality Engineer

Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Greensburg, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality team and quality programs
• Develop and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company and industry quality requirements
• Monitor quality performance and drive improvement initiatives
• Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to improve product quality
• Analyze quality data and report on performance to leadership

Requirements

• Degree or relevant experience in engineering, quality, or related field
• Extensive experience in quality management or leadership roles
• Strong understanding of quality systems and standards
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Effective communication and team management skills
