Bringing Home the Dough

Performs a variety of piping trade functions in the installation, maintenance and repair of pipe systems of water, steam, air, ammonia, oil, etc. needed for sanitation, heat, power, waste disposal, fire protection, and other uses in the bakery.

Four years apprenticeship or Journeyman's plumber's licence or equivalent experience. Two years additional experience in piping work, including refrigeration and air conditioning, pneumatics and hydraulics.
