Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Assessment Clinician Location: Philadelphia, PA (West, Southwest, North, & Northwest areas)
Compensation: W2, $35–$40 per hour (based on licensure, experience, and availability)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Intensive Behavior Health Services (IBHS) Clinical and Administrative Directors, the IBHS Assessment Clinician performs assessments of a child’s, youth’s or young adult’s needs and develops an individualized treatment plan (ITP) that includes the interventions that will be used to meet the identified needs. The Assessment Clinician would assist in initial coordination and consultation with the family, school staff and other team members for the identified child, youth or young adult. Assessments are completed across setting utilizing observations and interviews. The IBHS Assessment Clinician must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assessments within a timely fashion (15 days).
Required Qualifications- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field required from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
- Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults
- Experience working within IBHS, behavioral health, or children’s mental health services preferred.
- Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
- In-person, office and field-based (home, school, community) settings.
- Frequent computer and documentation review work.
- Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
- Collaboration with families, schools, camps, other providers.
- Fast-paced behavioral health environment requiring professionalism and adaptability.
