Concierge Business Operations Manager/Director

Our concierge medical practice is dedicated to providing a premium, personalized experience for our patients. We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager / Director who combines leadership, organization, and a people-first mindset to help us deliver care that is a difference maker in the world of prevention and longevity medicine

Key Responsibilities
Business & Financial Management
· Co-create and manage the business plan, including pricing structures and service offerings.
· Oversee vendor contracts and relationships.
· Collaborate with business owner to establish budget, membership with a clear value proposition for patients.
· No insurance billing responsibilities — enjoy a streamlined, patient-focused environment.
Patient Experience & Retention
· Champion a patient-first culture , ensuring a consistently high level of service.
· Manage patient enrollment and retention strategies.
· Identify opportunities to enhance patient services and wellness offerings.
Team & Operations Management
· Supervise, hire, and train employees.
· Ensure smooth daily operations and implement efficiency improvements.
· Oversee scheduling for team and physicians.
Marketing & Strategic Growth
· Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media, community outreach, and events.
· Conduct market analysis to refine services and attract new members.
· Partner with physicians on growth initiatives and business expansion.

Compensation
· Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
· Success driven, lucrative additional compensation may include:
o Commission
o Profit sharing
· Full-time position (40 hours/week), with potential flexibility for partial remote work.
· Compensation review at 90 days, 6 months, and annually to ensure growth and alignment.
