Year-round Stylist (Sales Associate)
At South Moon Under we call our Sales Associates, Stylists, because we help style our customers. As a Stylist, you will deliver unexpected service to our customers, build our brand, and drive our business through sales. You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a sincere curiosity and interest in people, fashion, and style and exceptional selling skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Contribute to the environment by delivering unexpected service to all customers.
- Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers.
- Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic attitude.
- Assist in maintaining store visual standards.
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed.
- Accurately process all POS transactions, charge sends and returns.
- Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job.
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- To perform the essential functions of this job, an employee must be able to meet the following physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; talk; or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; walk; use hands to finger; handle; or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop; kneel; or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.
