Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based practice, serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The role focuses on supporting students with mild to moderate needs in multiple nearby locations around Kingston, PA. This contract position offers a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 5, 2026.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with educators and families, and documenting student progress. The professional environment involves working across several schools in close proximity, allowing for varied experiences within a school setting.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings
- Skilled in addressing mild to moderate student needs across K-12 grade levels
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with educators and families
- Ability to manage caseload effectively across multiple nearby locations
