Maintenance Global Trainer (Logistics)
Job Description
Join our team as a Global Job Trainer, where you'll play a crucial role in developing functional expertise within our organization. You'll focus on building a strong and competent training system that supports globalization, scalability, and sustainability for both new and existing employees. As a technical expert, you'll use your knowledge to train new hires and current team members, ensuring alignment with global standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, train, and share best practices with Local Job Trainers and vendors globally and locally.
- Develop and align global standards across all sites.
- Build training competencies and implement standards through the Global Job Trainer network.
- Serve as a technical expert within your department.
- Support globalization and scalability initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development within a global organization.
- Strong technical expertise in your field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead training initiatives.
- Familiarity with global standards and practices.
