Service Coordinator/Dispatcher
Randstad Office Professionals is currrently assisting a service company who is a provider of maintenance and installation services located in Harrisburg, PA with a Dispatcher/Service Coordinator role. salary: $19 - $21 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Must have at least 2 years of dispatch experience or scheduling repair calls; working with customers and employees over the phone
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good at multi-tasking and handling multiple things at one time
- Good personality for working with customers and able to handle possible unpleasant customers
- Preferred experience with multiple line phone systems
- Good Microsoft Office skills and knowledge and not being “scared” of computers
- Bill clients
- Can work 7:30-4:00 PM or 8:00-4:30 PM
- Can work overtime
- Immediate start following video/WebEx interview then face to face interview
- Criminal background and drug screen required prior to start
