The FP&A Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming large and complex datasets into actionable financial insights using Abacum platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining dynamic forecasting models and reporting dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain forecasting models within Abacum, including salary, headcount, and revenue projections.
• Design and customize reporting packs and dashboards using Abacum’s collaborative workspace features.
• Manage APIs and data sources such as NetSuite, Paylocity, and Excel to ensure seamless data flow into Abacum.
• Partner with Business Units to gather requirements and deliver insights through Abacum’s real-time collaboration tools.
• Lead, curate, and provide guidance to team members on using Abacum for self-serve reporting and model adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Director of FP&A on planning exercises including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; 2+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience with Abacum or similar FP&A platforms (e.g., NetSuite Planning, Adaptive Insights).
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with financial metrics, P&L structures, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to translate complex formulas into intuitive dashboards and reports.
