As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

What you'll do

• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum

• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills

• Celebrate their wins! (big and small)

What you need

• At least one year of experience working with children

• A heart for helping kids

• A calm, steady presence

• Eagerness & energy to play

• A willingness to learn something new

Additional Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check and provide professional references.
