Job Type: 12-Week Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Day Shift | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Full-Time: 4 days/week
- Part-Time: 2 days/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist Clinical Instructor for a 12-week contract-to-hire opportunity in Essington, PA. This role is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys teaching and mentoring students in a clinical setting while maintaining hands-on dental hygiene skills.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct and supervise dental hygiene students during clinical rotations
- Ensure students follow proper clinical procedures and safety standards
- Provide guidance, feedback, and evaluations to support student success
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain high educational standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (required)
- Active Dental Hygienist license
- Prior clinical experience required (teaching experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation:
- $40/hr once hired on permanently
- Pay may increase based on experience
