Job Details:
Process Controls / Instrumentation Engineer – Lehigh Valley, PA
Growing industrial technology company seeking a Process Controls & Instrumentation Engineer to support the design, commissioning, and operation of advanced compressed air systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support PLC, SCADA, and HMI system integration and troubleshooting
- Develop and review control system specifications, P&IDs, and instrumentation documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, electrical teams, and operations personnel
- Assist with commissioning, startup, FAT testing, and operator training
- Provide ongoing technical support for plant operations and system reliability
Requirements:
- BS Engineering degree preferred
- 2+ years of industrial process controls or instrumentation experience
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI software
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
