Role Description The Senior Paralegal will support attorneys across multiple practice areas, including employment, civil, family law practice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Allentown, PA. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and formatting legal documents, pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence. The Senior Paralegal will conduct factual and legal research, organize and analyze case files, review and summarize documents, and maintain case management systems and calendars. Additional duties include coordinating filings with courts and agencies, communicating with clients and third parties, preparing case binders and exhibits, and helping manage deadlines and workflows for active matters.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with experience supporting litigation and at least one of the firm’s core practice areas (civil, employment or family).
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, forms, and client-facing documents with minimal supervision.
• Excellent Document Review skills, including organizing, analyzing, and summarizing records, evidence, and legal materials.
• Advanced Research abilities, including legal research in statutes, case law, rules, and agency guidance, as well as factual and background research.
• Clear, professional Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, courts, and agencies.
• Several years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a litigation-focused or multi-practice law firm.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using legal practice management software, document management tools, and standard office applications.
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred; equivalent substantial experience will be considered.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish–English) are a required.

Salary

$65k to $80k commensurate with skills and experience. xrczosw
