HOST / RESERVATIONIST POSITION - TOLL MAN JOE’S

Toll Man Joe’s, originally founded in Philadelphia in 2016, is finally returning to the city! After years of searching, we found our new dream home at 12th & Pine in Washington Square West.

We’re returning as a full-service restaurant and bar featuring our award-winning wings alongside refined breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus that blend Philadelphia comfort-food favorites with globally inspired flavors. Behind the bar, guests can expect an expansive & exciting cocktail program, local beers, and thoughtfully selected wines.

Toll Man Joe’s aspires to once again provide a comfortable space for the community to come together, enjoy great food and drinks, and watch sports! This location also provides the perfect opportunity to host special events, occasional live music, and private events as well.

Our anticipated Grand Opening is the first week of September 2026, just in time for football season!

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
• Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins with OpenTable
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic reservation and guest inquiries
• Assist with takeout order pickups and other FOH needs when necessary
• Work collaboratively with FOH & Kitchen team members to ensure smooth, outstanding service and a tidy, organized restaurant space at all times

Compensation:

• Competitive Hourly Rate (based on experience)
