Entry Level Sales Specialist
Year Up United seeks an Entry Level Sales Specialist to support outreach and enrollment for its workforce development programs. In this role, you will qualify and nurture leads from schools, community partners, and events, conduct discovery calls, and clearly communicate program benefits to prospective students and families. You'll use CRM tools to track pipelines, schedule info sessions, and follow up to move prospects through the funnel. Collaborate with program and corporate engagement teams to hit enrollment targets, refine outreach messaging, and uphold our equity-driven, inclusive, mission-first culture while representing Year Up United in the community.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from schools, community partners, and events
- Conduct discovery calls and info sessions with prospective students and families
- Explain Year Up United programs, admissions criteria, and benefits clearly
- Use a CRM to track leads, activities, and pipeline progress
- Meet or exceed individual and team enrollment and outreach targets
- Collaborate with program and corporate engagement teams on outreach strategies
- Support virtual and in-person recruitment events and presentations
- Collect and report outreach and conversion data to inform improvements
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all prospect interactions
- Represent Year Up United's values and equity-driven culture in all engagements
