Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Appliance Technician to join our team in New Britain, PA, 18901. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, including but not limited to refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various household appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as an appliance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform manual tasks.
