DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

As the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art clean room environment at our Philadelphia suburban location. Qualified candidates will have the following:- BS Degree or MS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Must have at least 10 years management exp in the medical device/ biotech industry. Ideally someone who was a manufacturing manager or operations manager and has worked their way up to the director level.
- A top-level strategic thinker.
- Exp with clean room environments.
- Exp with plastic and silicone extrusion and molding processes.
- Background utilizing plant automation technologies and manufacturing execution systems are highly preferred.
