The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Database & Systems Analyst to lead our data strategy and bring insights to life through dashboards, analytics, and collaboration across teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves transforming information into clarity and purpose—helping leaders make informed, mission-driven decisions every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Federation’s data and analytics strategy to strengthen community impact.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and models that tell meaningful stories through data.
• Develop forecasts and reports that guide strategy, resource allocation, and goal setting.
• Collaborate across Development, Finance, Marketing, and IT to align systems and reporting.
• Champion data integrity, governance, and privacy—ensuring accuracy and trust.
• Manage integrations, upgrades, and vendors across Dynamics 365, Power BI, DonorSearch, and related systems.
• Mentor staff to improve data literacy and confidence in analytics.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement—where data drives positive change.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or CRM administration (nonprofit/fundraising environment preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Fundraising & Engagement or Sales).
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI , including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, or Flow).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical data into plain language.

Preferred:

• Experience with data transformation and modeling within a CRM environment.
• Knowledge of donor management and nonprofit fundraising operations.
• Expertise in data visualization best practices and analytics storytelling.
• CAP or similar certification.
