What You'll Do: As a Senior Programmatic Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping, optimizing, and executing programmatic advertising strategies that drive client success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge programmatic advertising strategies aligned with client goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end programmatic campaign execution, including meticulous setup, ongoing optimization, and in-depth performance analysis across various DSPs and platforms.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to unearth actionable insights, continuously optimize campaign performance, and deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
- Audience Segmentation: Develop and implement sophisticated audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and precisely reach specific healthcare audiences.
- Technical Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest programmatic advertising trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring CMI Media Group remains an industry leader.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including media planning, analytics, and creative, to ensure programmatic strategies are perfectly integrated with overall media plans.
- Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for all programmatic-related inquiries, providing regular updates, insightful performance reports, and strategic guidance to clients.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong preference for experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, and other programmatic platforms. Trade Desk experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.
- A detail-oriented approach coupled with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
