Senior Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Engineer for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. Candidate must develop advanced AIML solutions by building RAG‑based models, fine‑tuning LLMs, and deploying agentic AI systems.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Develops advanced AIML models using RAG pipelines, fine‑tuning techniques, and LLM foundation concepts to meet project objectives.

• Builds and maintains RESTful API services in Python while integrating Lang Chain and Lang Graph for language model applications.

• Implements agentic AI solutions and optimizes AWS services, including containerized deployments.

• Manages CICD workflows to ensure smooth, automated, and reliable model deployment processes.

• Utilizes NumPy, Pandas, and vector databases for efficient data manipulation and retrieval‑enhanced model performance.

• Collaborates within Agile teams to deliver scalable and production‑ready AIML components.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related technical field.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in AIML engineering and advanced Python development.

• Must demonstrate strong expertise in RAG pipelines, LLM fine‑tuning, and Lang Chain/Lang Graph integration.

• Candidate must possess hands‑on capability in deploying agentic AI solutions while managing AWS services and CICD automation.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.00 per hour
