- Deep understanding of the .NET framework
- Production experience implementing .NET including ASP.NET
- Ability to work with extremely competent peers
- Full Lifecycle software development experience
- Object Oriented experience including UML and Design Patterns
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Refactoring several existing VB applications using UML, C#, ASP.NET, and OO methodology
- Writing new applications using ASP.NET/C#
- Mentoring client team members
