AI Enablement Specialist
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:
- AI Enablement Specialist will configure, test, and support AI solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms
- Provide hands-on guidance to employees on applying AI tools to business workflows
- Facilitate training sessions, demonstrations, and enablement workshops
- Maintain and update AI resources, playbooks, knowledge libraries, and training materials
- Support intake and triage processes for AI-related requests and questions
- As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will monitor usage trends, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve adoption
- Track engagement metrics and maintain reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices and increase AI effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in technology enablement, operations, training, user support, or a related field
- Experience using generative AI tools in a professional environment
- Experience supporting end users through training, coaching, or helpdesk-style support
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
