IT Facilities/Systems Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Workplace Technology Mover (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA (In-Office – Headquarters)
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (occasional overtime required for large moves)

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Workplace Technology Mover to join our facilities & IT support team. In this role, you’ll be the key player making sure office relocations run smoothly — breaking down and setting up desks, equipment, and technology so employees can hit the ground running with zero downtime.If you enjoy physical work, basic tech troubleshooting, staying organized under pressure, and taking pride in a job well done, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Execute full desk and office relocations under the direction of the Move Coordinator
Break down and set up PC, monitor, and telecom equipment at new locations
Build and install desk monitor mounts and cable management sleeves
Power on and test computers and telephones
Roll mobile desks between workspaces
Print and install name plates and location signage in trading rooms
Perform post-move quality checks and ensure every desk looks professional and polished
Clean and organize IT inventory storage areas
Install printer cartridges and maintain clean printer stations
Update user and computer locations in asset tracking systems
Report any discovered IT issues to the appropriate teams
Mentor and support new team members
Take on additional move-related tasks as needed

What You Bring

Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues (PCs, monitors, phones, cables)
Comfort working independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to work the afternoon shift and adapt to changing priorities
Physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 50+ lbs
Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail
