Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media/Digital Media Manager to expand and enhance our digital presence across key platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, ideal for someone who can effectively manage brand voice, utilize analytics for decision-making, and leverage AI and social management tools to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction on social media platforms.

• Develop content calendars to ensure a consistent and on-brand presence.

• Collaborate on strategic direction for messaging themes.

• Monitor social performance analytics and trends.

• Maintain and evolve brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels.

• Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copy optimization, and efficiency in analytics.

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years of experience managing social or digital media for a brand or organization.

• Strong understanding of brand presence and audience engagement.

• Experience with KPI tracking, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.

• Comfort using AI tools to support content creation and performance analysis.

• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with paid social or campaign support.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, native platform analytics, or CRM integrations.

• Basic design or video editing experience.

Work Environment

The position involves a flexible work schedule with core hours and a hybrid work model, allowing for 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. The role requires aligning with the manager's schedule to ensure effective collaboration. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Warrendale, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
