You will act as the vital link between our clients and our technical experts, utilizing your CRM expertise and data entry precision to ensure every request is captured with unprecedented accuracy. By preemptively gathering machine-related intelligence during your initial outreach, you provide the critical data that allows our engineers to arrive on-site with the solutions already in hand.

This role demands a "gold standard" of reliability as you synchronize 24/7 support availability and manage the high-volume pulse of our service department. You will elevate the customer journey from a simple inquiry into a premium support experience through proactive, constant communication.
