About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Wayne, PA. This role managing essential human resources functions and acting as a link between the division and corporate office. The ideal candidate will excel in a professional, traditional corporate setting and bring at least 3 years of HR Manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including processing new hires, conducting orientations (in-person and virtual), and collaborating with corporate IT for setup.
- Oversee payroll tasks by reviewing and approving employee timesheets for accuracy.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including creating offer letters, managing applicant tracking systems, and coordinating with external staffing agencies.
- Advise managers on company policies and respond to employee inquiries about benefits and HR procedures.
- Support employee relations by addressing complex conversations and overseeing worker’s compensation processes.
- Manage compensation updates, such as salary changes, bonuses, promotions, and terminations.
- Update and maintain organizational charts and contribute to staff training programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and safeguard confidential information.
- Be available for occasional overtime and overnight travel as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree within HR, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR-related experience, preferably supporting small teams independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email; experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working independently and serving as an HR point of contact.
- Alignment with a traditional corporate culture and ability to connect with senior-level, tenured staff.
