What You’ll Be Doing

As the Manager at Tattooed Pig Sandwiches, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers leave happy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain a high standard of food quality and service.
• Leading and supporting team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table:

• 3+ years of experience in a management role , preferably in the food industry.
• Cooking experience is a must—your culinary expertise will help guide the team and maintain our high standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate the team.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
