What You’ll Get:

• Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
• Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours
• Weekly Pay – Get Paid Every Thursday!

What You’ll Do:

• Reference go ticket and physically count skeins.
• Untangle skeins using a wheel.
• Cut out knots and unmetallized areas of skeins.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Clean and maintain work area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

The Skills You'll Need:

• Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 10lbs frequently.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18+ with reliable transportation
