As part of the Quality Engineering team you are to advocate and uphold the standards, industry-leading practices and protocols outlined in the quality assurance and testing framework. As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

What Sets You Apart

  • ISTQB, CSQA/CSQE or equivalent certifications
  • Advocating and upholding quality assurance standards
  • Participating in reviews of user stories
  • Working closely with Product Managers and Solution Architects
  • Authoring Agile test plans and requirements traceability
  • Displaying proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
  • Offering UAT support and maintaining QA environments
  • Conducting regular reviews of quality assurance metrics
  • Collaborating with DevOps engineering team

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
