Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Holidays Off)

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administration Specialist to join our growing team in Blue Bell, PA. In this role, you will support new product placement for durable medical equipment in the home environment. You will work closely with sales teams, patients, caregivers, referral sources, and payers to ensure seamless coordination, compliance, and delivery of therapeutic products.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with healthcare administration experience—or a related degree—who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination and placement of home-based therapy products.
- Communicate regularly with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records, insurance details, authorizations, and communication logs.
- Assess insurance eligibility, complete reauthorizations, and escalate issues that may delay claims.
- Assist with claims processing and resolve insurance-related issues.
- Contribute to workflow improvements and support overall administrative efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical billing.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Experience & Education
- At least one year in customer service or a healthcare/medical office role.
- Experience with insurance verification and third-party billing.
- Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blue Bell, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
