Role:
This is a client facing role as at the Director level, where you will be the primary oversee the advisory team. This is a strategic advisor that will be integrated in the organization designing integrated tax strategies, drive tax direction, manage the lifecycle of engagements, and someone that leverages data analytics to modernize workflows and improve processes.
We are seeking a versatile "financial athlete" and solutions oriented leader who values high-integrity work, has a competitive and team mindset as well as someone that is also great at relationship-building.

- We need advanced Excel capabilities and a natural aptitude for complex problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Master's or MBA is required, ideally in Tax or a JD.
- 10+ years in a blend of accounting and financial planning roles.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or professional services environment, ideally within the BIG4
- Strong C-Corp and S-Corp experience
Compensation :
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, annual bonus upwards of 20-30%, as well as a GREAT medical, dental, vision, wellness, a GREAT 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.
Working Situation :
This will be an in office position with some flexibility.
