Roofing & Exterior Sales Rep
We are seeking an Outside Storm Sales Professional to join our team! You will work directly with property owners who sustain damage to their homes. This is a full time and year round position as insurance claim work typically has a 1 year claim service period.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect homes for exterior damage
- Assist and educate homeowners on the claims process
- Meet with insurance adjusters to review damage found
- Create a professional rapport with existing and potential customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service as it pertains to the roofing trade
- Familiarity with steep and low slope roof applications
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to climb ladders and get on a roof
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
